About Me:

The reason I became a counsellor is simple — I want to help people.

My mission has always been to support as many people as I can in improving their mindset

and living happier, more fulfilling lives.

​

As a mum of two amazing girls, I understand the stress and anxiety that life can bring.

I’ve experienced my own challenges in the past and have personally benefitted from counselling. That journey inspired me to become a counsellor myself, so I can help others find the same relief and clarity that I did.

I truly believe in the power of talking therapy. Whether you’re feeling stressed, anxious, depressed, facing relationship difficulties, or struggling with the everyday pressures of life,

it can make a huge difference to talk to someone who will listen without judgment.

Counselling is my passion — it’s incredibly rewarding to see my clients grow, heal, and tell me how much better they’re feeling. Helping people is not just my job; it’s what I love to do.
